Wide and comfortable room, extremely well arranged up to the details, with a balcony; Daily Cleaning. The kitchen area is well fitted; The staff is always pleasant, discreet and very efficient. The building is in a quiet area but well located - easy to visit by foot a lot of quarters - and very well served by trams, metro and bus. Price very reasonable

Can not complain about the approach since entire Berlin roads are dug up . These apartments are very good. We were not expecting so much. It was like staying in your own home. Wish we had more time to enjoy the stay . Had a huge balcony ,perfect sit out area. had a fully loaded kitchen . A supermarket is very close to the hotel. Even the bedroom had a small standing balcony which I left the door open at night for more air. Rooms are huge. Reception staff is all there to assist and help. If you have a car they have parking right next to the reception entrance so you drive towards the hotel entry. I opted to park my car in a lane next to the hotel to save some money.From 9pm to 7 pm it's free parking anyway.Loved the place. Value for money. Of course they also have a common laundry and provide the detergent powder for 50 cents one cycle. Very clean apartments with housekeeping standard 5 star rating.

The location of the hotel was excellent with U Bahn, S Bahn and trams nearby. The room was clean and tidy and the kitchen facilities meant we could do our own breakfast or any meal if we wanted. The hotel was good value. My friends stayed in a room at the front of the hotel and they said the noise from the trams which run 24 hours was disturbing despite the double glazing. My room at the back was fine. The only real issue I had was the safe in the room was not working and there was a problem with the shower and despite reporting these problems several times to reception they were not resolved during my seven night stay.
