Thank you to the hotel for the hospitality! Everything was wonderful! The only drawback was the elevators — it would be nice to have more of them. As for the service — it was excellent! The people at the reception, at the bar, and the fairies who kept the rooms clean — everyone was kind and amazing! I especially want to recognize the wonderful people who took care of us in the restaurant: Ana Patricia Nataliaa Claudia Metre — you are wonderful! Thank you for your care, sincerity, and warmth! Stayed here with 3 children. Rooms spacious. Lovely food each day. Entertainment team were amazing, lots of activities to join in with and kept them entertained the whole holiday! Minion day,inflatables,Disney show were all brilliant.

I’m honestly confused with how the hotel is considered a luxury hotel. Stepping in, check in process was quick and easy. Walking in our suit was not as what we expected. The bed covers are rough, leather sticking out with hair on it. Showers and bedrooms are very tiny. Food was pretty good at the buffet, but you’d have to pay extra for drinks. The pools are nice and clean, but it does get crowded pretty quickly. I looked at the reviews about the walls, and they were not wrong; walls are paper thin and you can hear everything outside of them which can be annoying for people who prefer peace and quiet. I’m not sure if the hotel does not allow any smoking, but someone right next to our porch was smoking; for it may be unsuitable for those with weak lungs. There is a pool table room, but it can get crowded and rowdy too. And to top it off, plates are very dirty. Some are clean, but good luck, because they are also dirty on the bottom, so cleanliness would be something to work on for the resort. Overall, it wasn’t that pleasant of an experience for me and my family, but I do have hope that they can improve.
