Perfect trip for my fiancées birthday. We checked in gone midnight and they took pasta salads, bread rolls, fruit and bottled water to the room without us asking which was much appreciated. Staff brought sweets and a voucher for Prosecco to our room for my partner on his birthday too. The location is right by the beach and lots of food, bars and activities close by. Staff were friendly and bar staff make conversation. Most staff spoke good English. We enjoyed the food, there was different variations of things each day. There was a lot of seafood options which I don’t personally eat myself however it is local cuisine so to be expected, and I ate plenty of everything else.

4★ Hotel (in reality, far below expectations) We chose this hotel based on its promising presentation, but unfortunately, the reality was deeply disappointing. First of all, the so-called “infinity pool” is actually a tiny pool that has nothing in common with the description on the website. It’s extremely small and lacks the visual appeal or relaxation experience that an infinity pool should offer. Most of the staff—over 80%—were unfriendly and unwelcoming. Their sour attitude made our stay even more uncomfortable. The room we booked was supposed to be a quadruple, but in reality, it was a double room cramped with four beds. There was barely any space left to move around, and comfort was out of the question. The most serious issue, however, was the food—one of the meals served had visible mold, which is simply unacceptable for any hospitality establishment, let alone a four-star hotel. As for the terrace, it was advertised as having 24/7 access, but in practice, it followed an unclear schedule that was not respected. We were turned away several times, even during hours it was supposed to be open. In conclusion, our experience was far below expectations, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for quality service and a pleasant vacation. The only “luxury” we experienced was the price—completely unjustified for the conditions offered.

We booked it for 2 nights but left on the following day. Of, course, much depends on the room they assign to you but half of the rooms face the railway and a busy road and there's No soundproofing at all! You can hear neighbours perfectly. This is enough to deprive you from a good rest! The shower in the room is of a microscopic size. We were leaving the hotel at 3 p.m. and they hadn't yet clean the room. The food is really bad, of low quality. The desserts were the same during 2 days. No choice of the hot meals: pork or sausages, no fish at all. The restaurant and the bar look ugly. The restaurant looks more like a cheap eatery and there's practically no space between the tables. The pictures on the website look much more welcoming than it really is. I think, it's a shame to charge what they do for such a low quality.
