Various options for food, entertainment is good for little kids, nice pool area but could do with some more sun beds. Rooms are nice but noticed the cleaners only make the bed not switch sheets during your stay. Close to the beach and waterworld. Overall a great hotel to stay

We had a great stay! The large communal room was perfect for our group to hang out. Christina was especially brilliant by the pool, running fun games and keeping the energy up! The food was decent, the pool area was lovely, and our room was clean and comfortable. The sunbeds could have been a bit more comfy, but it didn’t take away from the experience. One odd thing to note – during checkout, the receptionist took our phones to “checkout” and we later noticed a 5-star review had been posted. The hotel was fantastic value for money – considering the price, we were really impressed

Worst “4-star” Hotel Experience Ever – Total Scam I have never experienced such a terrible hotel, especially one claiming to be “4 stars.” The service was awful the staff spoke to us rudely and treated us with zero respect. They even opened our door whenever they felt like it, despite the “Do Not Disturb” sign being clearly displayed. They took our ball from the balcony without saying anything, and when we asked for it back, they said, “You can have it later, you’re not allowed to have a ball here.” This makes no sense because we weren’t using it at the hotel we played with it on the beach and apparently other guests were allowed to have theirs without a problem. This place is a complete scam. I have never seen anything like it. They seriously need to get their act together before calling themselves a “4-star” hotel.
