Hu Norcenni Girasole Village

A nice holiday place for families with an emphasis on swimming. The rooms are adequate but nothing special, as are the restaurants. There is a little grocery store on site that sells quite a few items at reasonable prices, so you can pick up most things you need without leaving the property. One thing to take note of is that you get one toilet paper roll per bathroom and no paper towels or facial tissues. You will have to buy them or bring them with you if needed. Additionally, you will have one bath towel for each bed for the entire time you are there, and you will also need to bring your own towels for the pool. The staff were nice, and the service was very good!

We all loved staying here and had an amazing holiday but there are a few things that put me off. Firstly, It is a dog friendly camp and the family that own the place live in the middle of the bars, restaurants where the entrainment is. They own a few little white dogs and one of them is vicious. It bit my 5yr old twice and 10yr old once. And from talking to other parents they witnessed the dog running after and chasing kids barking. Nothing was done about this as it was the owners dog. Secondly. The part we stayed all the mobiles were packed quite tight beside and in front of one another, there is no room in front for kids to play. Lastly, because its so far out. Transfers are very expensive. I would just check prices before booking.

Overall we had a pleasant experience. However. After we had to clean our own hu Stay home. We were requested to €55 upfront for a cleaning fee. However we received the unit terribly dirty. Clogged shower with human hair, Stains on the white towel. The place was so dusty on the floor and we also had to sweep the unit. Oily plates and cutlery that we also had to wash. I have mailed then 2 time in the past week requesting a refund for the cleaning fee since we did not receive a clean unit and had to pay for cleaning this does not seem to be fair. Hope they will see this and look into my request. Comment on Reply: Yes your customer care contacted me to informing me that I should have logged it at the resort. I logged it online the evening before we left and could not discuss in person as we left early that following morning.
