Fantastic stay with great facilities for children and adults, and meticulous warm service from all staff. The concierge team who attended to my family and I, are Pun Pun, Joe, Bom and Beitoey. Magicians they are indeed, very prompt, knowledgeable, sincere and honest in their advice and recommendations. I also understood from Joe, ref a pair of golden keys collar pins on his uniform, that the Golden Keys is Les Clefs d'Or. Les Clefs d’Or (translated as The Golden Keys) is a professional association of hotel concierges, with approximately 4000 members working in over 80 countries and 530 destinations, in literally every corner of the world. Joe is one of the hundred odd members in Thailand, and the only one south of Bangkok. Meticulous? How so? The staff at the pool packed 3 spoons when I ordered an ice cream dish to bring back to my room. Why 3? Cause they noticed my family of 3. Now that's attention. My kid loves the lazy river and the slides. Spent hours every day. Breakfast is delicious and of wide variety. In all, simply a great resort with awesome staff. Without a doubt, this would be the resort I'll stay with for future Hua Hin trips.

What can you say about a perfect hotel?! A dream of a place! As soon as you enter, you understand. From the smallest to the largest detail. A clean, well-kept, beautiful and meticulous hotel. The delicious food, the clean room, the luxurious pools. Everything!! In no hotel we have ever been, we have encountered such a level of service. The entire hotel staff is helpful, pleasant and smiling and above all does everything to make your vacation especially special and luxurious. Special thanks to Milk from the adult pool and Pon Pon from the concierge service and the breakfast team at the charming Amber Kitchen restaurant, Jane and Waanjeab. All of them made sure that we had an amazing vacation at every moment. A dream place, highly recommended!!!

Great place for vacation. Great place for kids. You have rooms opened to a very nice circular pool, and rooms on the second floor with view to the pool. The king size bed is great, two queens for a family with two kids is a good solution You have circular pool connected to the rooms, you have main pool for every one, especially for kids, you have a central adult only pool and a small water play ground for kids. You have two small water slides, sprinkler , inpool jacuzzi, and water games for the kids. The kids are needs renovation, especially the flooring, the tiles should be cleaner and the soft surface in the sprinklers area have too many repairs. The food is 7 out of ten, the Indian food is good, the club the western food is good, the Thai food is not good enough.
