Unfortunately, I arrived at the hotel on October 19, 2024, and stayed until October 22, 2024. Sadly, they only speak Chinese, which means as a tourist, it’s an endless struggle. The air conditioners don’t work during the cold, which violates the booking terms and conditions. I told them that the rooms were hot and that when I booked the hotel, it was stated that air conditioning was available, but they just brought me a fan. Who still uses a fan in 2024? And this is in China? Unfortunately, it was a bad experience, and the price is extremely high for the service provided.
