Huaguoshan Hotel

What an amazing hotel - beautiful reception, and the rooms are wonderful. Exceeded all of my expectations. This is an enomous hotel - Vegas size and Vegas finishing. The food was exceptional and I really enjoyed my stay.

Very disappointed. The room number on the room card was wrong. I took my room card and swiped the door of the room of someone who had already checked in. After figuring out the situation, I ran to the front desk to change it in the middle of the night. The staff just made a very formal verbal apology. This kind of mistake is very common in so-called five-star hotels. The overall lighting in the hotel is very dark, and the ceiling in the restaurant is very low and depressing. The staff who prepared the dishes for the breakfast buffet (I'm sorry, it's hard to call them "chefs") had a bad attitude, and the coffee machine was broken. I asked the staff why the latte only produced coffee but not milk. The comrade suggested that I make the latte a few times to fill the cup👍🏻
