Hualta Hotel Mendoza Curio Collection By Hilton

Excellent hotel, excellent service by the Sheraton bellboy to show us around and take us to the Hualta reception. Reception super helpful too. Nice room and lots of wine. Great experience in La Cabrera too except for the hostesses. Also at breakfast, hostesses tended to just get in the way rather than serve any useful purpose. We ordered a breakfast omelette but had to cancel when it hadn’t arrived after 15 minutes. Overall excellent stay.

I got upgraded to this hotel from the Huentala hotel. And it has a very luxurious feel, much more so than other 4* hotels I stayed in the country. It has it's own winery on the basement, a time where you can sample free wine, the rooms are excellent, the breakfast is extensive. I didn't eat there but the restaurant has a very high rating. My only negative was the gym was tiny with a weak functioning AC, but I found out later I could use a bigger gym from the connecting hotel.. I wasn't aware of that at the time. The location is also very good, definitely recommended.

The hotel is very beautiful, the staff are kind and attentive, and the breakfast offers a wide variety of options. The location is also excellent — central and convenient. However, there is a serious issue that completely ruined my experience: the noise. I had an issue during my stay, but I was positively surprised by how quickly and professionally the hotel staff responded. They were very attentive and provided a fast and efficient solution to the problem I was facing. I’d especially like to highlight the front desk team — Alberto and Nicolas that were incredibly nice, respectful, and took my complaint seriously. Their quick action and commitment to resolving the situation really made a difference in my experience. Thank you for the excellent service.
