Top resort in Yunnan Kunming for sure! We had the most incredible stay. The property is pristine, the food was amazing and what really stood out most was the service. We have stayed at some amazing hotels and have never experienced such a high level of service; concierge, poolside, cleaning crew, restaurant servers.....the most efficient, wonderful staff. Shout out for our manager Cathy and the team for the wonderful experience. We usually prefer to try new places to visit, but this is one resort we will come back to

Be careful, read fine prints in the contracts. Our convention have been canceled, and they are charging us 100% + breakfast, no discussion possible. But the invoice says 24h notice, free canceling. Well, I'll never go back to any Hualuxe ever ✊️
