The room is large, so it's great for a family trip. The staff are friendly and quick to respond. I personally received help with a problem situation, and I am grateful.

This hotel is NOT 5 star!! It is 3 star at best. Air conditioner in our room did not work and the sheets were not changed in 6 days we stayed there. The room was covered in dust and the toilet kept getting blocked. There were also cigarette butts left on the floor near the lift and they were not picked up for 2 days. Everything in this hotel stinks of smoke. The gym is not free to use, you must pay. And the pool is indoor and very basic. The hotel breakfast was good, sometimes things were cold though so it’s better to go early. The lunch and dinner had a weird smell and food looked like it had been sitting there for a long time. Not appetising at all. It is also very hard to get drinks or food delivered to your room. There was a QR code for room service but it did not work. The location of the hotel was also very far from the downtown area. I would not recommend staying here if you are a foreigner. You should stay closer to May 4th square.
