**⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The Most Perfect Hotel Stay Ever!** This is the most flawless and satisfying hotel experience we’ve had so far as a family —it combines *all* the best features a hotel could offer: - **Views & Location:** Stunning lake views during the day, dazzling city lights at night. Steps away from the tube station, with a children’s library and *Joy City* shopping mall next door. Right across the street is a huge park and aquarium, plus a lively square just ahead! - **Thoughtful Touches:** Beyond the luxury equipments and friendly service expected from a top-tier hotel, they greeted us with refreshing welcome drinks and a premium tea gift set. Even the calligraphy practice sheets and herbal sachet (to help you sleep) were a delightful surprise! - **Family-Friendly Perks:** During Labor holidays in May, the free kids’ activities were incredible included bounce castles, tunnel tents, giant LEGO blocks, various games, and daily traditional culture workshops. - **Design & Dining:** The newly renovated traditional Chinese-inspired design is elegant, and the breakfast was diverse and super delicious. Strongly recommend and will definitely come back!

Great location for ne next to the fair I visited, a lovely park and a shopping/ restaurant centre (two) with all kinds of food. The view over Shanghai and the park was amazing and the junior suite very luxurious and spacious. Staff were incredibly helpful. To visit the centre of Shanghai the metro is just next to the hotel and takes 20 mins to the Bund. Easy and cheap to use. Machines are in English. With the club lounge there is a free evening meal and drinks.

Be careful with this Hotel Company. They don't comply with their cancellation policy. Their cancellation policy clearly states "Please be informed that if you would like to cancel or amend your reservation, the notice must be received by reservation department 24 hours prior to your arrival". I gave a one week notice period and upon I sent the cancellation email, they pre-charge the whole amount of the booking without notification and sent an automatic email stating to visit the cancellation policy. If you don't want to have issue during your holidays or professional events please avoid this Hotel and the brand.
