My stay at HUALUXE Xi’an Chanba was great. The hotel boasts modern facilities, and the staff delivers warm, professional service. Special thanks to Zihe from Guest Relations for her thoughtful assistance—she proactively arranged high-floor rooms for us and quickly corrected a welcome fruit delivery mistake with sincere follow-up. Alice, the Front Desk Supervisor, also impressed with her detailed explanation of Diamond benefits and her willingness to offer personal cold medicine when I needed it. The twin room was spacious, clean, and well-aligned with HUALUXE’s signature Chinese-inspired luxury. Cleanliness was impeccable, and the comfortable bed and quiet environment ensured restful sleep. A few downsides: The hotel lacks a lounge, though dining vouchers are provided. The air conditioning remained fixed at around 27°C, which was slightly warm. Also, the transparent glass partition between the bathroom and bedroom may be uncomfortable for twin-room guests. Overall, the hotel offers excellent value and is a great choice for family and leisure stays.
Very luxurious. Amazing and spacious. Very comfortable. A breakfast so big with so many choices that 1 meal is good for entire day.
Good location, beautiful scenery outside. The room is well planned, and the shower is also watertight and not exposed! Good food, also friendly to vegetarians.
