Sometimes you feel compelled to take two minutes to write a review - having now stayed in a small number of 4/5* Chinese hotels now this one stands out for the excellent breakfast and super friendly staff. Great bang for your buck. Definitely recommend.

Let's start from the beginning. After 18 hours of travel and two flights, I decided to visit their "SPA." What I encountered was far from relaxing. The room was dimly lit, with no music, more reminiscent of a crypt than a spa. The massage therapist appeared unprofessional, chewing gum loudly in a way that was both unpleasant and distracting. Her lack of skill was evident, making the entire experience feel like an overpriced, subpar attempt at a massage. Overall, it was completely inappropriate for a hotel of this caliber. Good breakfast Quietly

This is the hotel my clients and I stayed in for our business trips. this August, we were there for the 1st time after Covid-19. our check-in time is always late due to arrival time. (flight + inland travel) the only reason why I wrote this comment now is that I want to really sit and write about this unforgettable experience. in details. Impression of the bathroom/shower room: ceiling got mold on it. Bedroom: had weird smell which I hope it is gone by now. personal traveling habit is put on "do not disturb" sign asap, and keep it on 24/7. this hotel has two ways to put on this note - one is a light switch underneath your room number (red light means do not disturb, and vice versa). and the regular hanging on door knob sign that says do not disturb. first two days were fine and I was able to get some rest when I returned to my room. the night before check-out, I came back to my room from long day meeting, and the light switch was on green (which should be red). the hanging sign was gone. I entered my room and found trash on the floor. (which I guess was from the "cleaning lady"). I rushed to the front desk asking why would this happen, since I followed the rule (put up sign and turn on the red light). and my room was not even clean-er than before. now this is the best part - the front desk person lied to my face when they finally decided to reply to me with something, after confronting them for the 4th time that night. " the resident from the room next to you saw you put up the hanging sign, and for whatever reason, he took it down. so the cleaning lady did not know that you had a do-not-disturb sign there." well, what about the red light??? and what kind of person would do that? oh, did I mention that the weird resident guy front desk people told me about, was from the room that I knew, the residents were my colleagues? and they would never do this kind of weird thing. too many holes in that reply and I was just furious. all I wanted at that time was leaving there asap. made me feel unsafe and perhaps something fishy is going on there. for people who are considering staying there for business trips, please do have a second thought. or least, be prepared to have random cleaning team go into your room.
