We loved our stay for many reasons. We had 1 day in Rome, not even a full 24 hrs, so the location was amazing. Alessia was great communicating before and at check in. The bed was one of the most comfortable of our stays in Italy. It had a big shower, cool lighting, and an AC that worked really well. If you read the postings or other reviews you should know by now that it's up 4 flights of stairs. That didn't bother us and they did help with the bags. Now here's the reason you should really stay here. I forgot an envelope of cash in the safe! Close to €200. We left early for Venice and couldn't go back for it. We were able to work it out with Alessia but just a huge thank you to Jun for finding it! These are honest people who provide amazing customer service and great environment.
Always very well served by the Hub Pantheon team, especially Alessia! We stayed here for our 2nd time and will definitely visit again! Alessia is extremely helpful also with transport etc. The view of the Pantheon is amazing!
Is money worth your sanity? Read my review carefully. I try to be fair to small business owners and try to be generous in my reviews but honest at the same time. (Please see my other reviews. I am completely independent and do not get paid by anyone for my reviews) avoid this hotel. AVOID this HOTEL at all cost...The word that most closely describes the property owner's attitude is extortionists and thieves. During one of the worse health crisis the world has seen in a decade, with Italy being at the center of outbreaks of Cronavirus in Europe, I tried to negotiate a cancellation at a reduced fee as all countries issued a travel advisory against traveling to Rome. Most other BnB's in Italy outright issued a full refund without a question. US State Department issued a level 3, advisory against all non-essential travel. This hotel owner refused to negotiate, stating everything was "normal" in Rome, despite the fact all public events and museums had been shut down. Booking tried to negotiate with them, but they refused to cancel or renegotiate a reduced cancellation fee. They wanted the entire cost of the stay fully paid.... My advise to you, AVOID this place, and DO NOT reward this property owner for his intransigent. AVOID THEM. There are a lot choices in Rome. (I always try to fair)
