Hue Hotels and Resorts Boracay Managed by HII

I recently stayed at Hue Hotel Boracay from March 17-21, 2025, and had a truly memorable experience. The hotel’s hospitality, service, and overall ambiance exceeded my expectations, making my visit exceptional. During my stay, I encountered an issue with a stain on the bed cover caused by an ink leak from my bag. While I fully acknowledged my responsibility, the hotel management handled the situation with remarkable understanding and professionalism. Instead of imposing a full replacement fee, they kindly offered a fair resolution with a minimal laundering charge. I sincerely appreciate their consideration and the prompt action taken by their team. This experience highlighted not only the hotel's commitment to excellent service but also their willingness to accommodate guests with fairness and care. I am especially grateful to the staff for their kindness and attentiveness, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you to the entire Hue Hotel team for your outstanding service. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Boracay! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The hotel is very central on the island and the way to the beach is 5 to 7 min. The rooms are nice and the bed are comfortable. The shower are huge and very nice. The breakfast buffet is ok, but very orientated to Asien people. A bit more European would be nice. The pool area are a bit dated and some tiles are weak. The bar in the pool was my favorite location. The stuff are so friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay again in the hotel.

I traveled to Boracay with my family. The staff’s service, the facilities, and the overall room design at the hotel were all very good. However, I would like to mention a couple of points that I felt were slightly lacking. - The range of breakfast menu options is somewhat limited. - I don’t know about other rooms, but the thing I disliked the most about the family room was the unclear separation between the bathroom and the toilet, which allowed silhouettes of people in the bathroom and toilet to be seen from the room. In a way, the bathroom and toilet are places where privacy should be protected, so I did not like that they were separated with such unclear partitions. (If I had known this, I wouldn’t have chosen this hotel.) I request better spatial separation between the room, the bathroom, and the toilet.
