Happy hour at the pool from 3pm-6pm is a great way to relax after a day out touring. Pickup and drop-off for underground river and Honda Bay tours is available to this hotel, and there are tri-bikes around to take you downtown if needed. The staff are all super accommodating and kind. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The buffet breakfast provides plentiful options for western and Asian palates. I will definitely suggest this hotel to friends, and would totally return.

The day here was simply fantastic. The daily free breakfast was great. They do change up the items so it’s never going to be exactly the same. There’s also an exit station for omelettes and eggs to order. The rooms are OK. Maybe a little bit dated. They did it give you a bottle of filtered water which can be replenished daily. I would definitely come back as a staff is super helpful, especially the reception

We spent five days at this beautiful hotel. Service is very important here, many thanks especially to Vanessa and Claire at reception. The rooms are very clean, bright, and large. It's great that you can get as much water as you want for free. The breakfast was very tasty, but at 8 a.m. some things like butter and some types of fruit were often already gone... We also booked excursions at the hotel, which are highly recommended—everything was very well organized.
