I'm so impressed with my 8-day stay at Hues Boutique Hotel! The highlight of my trip to Dubai was the exceptional service I received, particularly from Aditi at the reception. She's an incredibly professional, charming, and good-looking Indian lady who went above and beyond to sort out almost everything, from cost adjustments to special requests. Her dedication truly made my stay unforgettable. The meals and coffee were also absolutely amazing! If you're looking for a hassle-free and enjoyable experience in Dubai, I highly recommend Hues Boutique Hotel. Five stars isn't enough – I'd give it ten stars if I could! Aditi, you're a gem!

I recently stayed for 2 nights at Hues Boutique Hotel and unfortunately my experience was below expectations. The room I was assigned felt quite dated, with visible paint damage likely caused by water leaks. When requesting an iron from reception, I found that the plug did not fit the room’s socket, which was inconvenient. There were also no tissues or bathrobes provided in the room; I had to call reception again to request these basic amenities. What I found most disappointing was the parking policy—guests are charged 20 AED per day, which feels excessive for an in‑house guest. Additionally, the breakfast offered is not buffet style but rather a limited set menu, which does not provide much variety. Overall, while the staff were polite, the facilities and services did not meet the standard I expected, and I hope the management will address these issues to improve the guest experience.

I encountered several issues during check-in due to system glitches. Another guest was also having trouble with their booking, and unfortunately, the reception staff didn’t seem interested in helping. I'm not sure how the situation was resolved for that guest, but I hope it ended positively. That said, you cannot simply tell a guest that there’s nothing you can do—especially when you're working at reception. It’s your responsibility to assist and at least try to offer an alternative solution. The overall attitude at the front desk came across as indifferent, which made the experience even more frustrating. When I went for breakfast, I was told it wasn’t included in my reservation—even though it clearly was, and I had already paid for it. It took a long time to resolve the issue. The room was clean, but it lacked basic amenities like toiletries, tissue, and slippers. Compared to other budget hotels, it felt incomplete and poorly prepared. There’s a lot this hotel needs to improve—especially customer service, reception efficiency, their booking system, and the in-room amenities.
