Very nice hotel, but far from town. Uber is available for about $5-$6 to town, but the walk isn’t recommended. Their breakfast buffet is awesome.
Do not stay here! Such a shame because Bariloche is supposed to be the ideal spot for winter but this hotel ruined our experience. Terrible staff, below average and overpriced food. For a nice time take your family somewhere else!
They handle everything terribly when it comes to giving this as a gift. After you pay, they don’t follow up — you have to chase them. The voucher doesn't clearly state the schedule, and the whole thing is a mess. The organization and the people in charge of this spa day are a disaster when it comes to offering it as a gift. Everything is extremely sloppy.
