The hotel is very cool, a very good reception staff with a welcome drink Arabic coffee. The room is large and very clean with a view to the main street. Good value but the area is far from the main visit places in Jeddah but we like the stay. Only one issue is that the clean service must be requested by call as the ring is not working without make notice for us.
This hotel should be rated 7 stars! World class service and VERY polite employees. My family and I were amazed by this hotel from all aspects and it left a beautiful mark on us especially that it was our first time in Jeddah. The employees are so cooperative. Rooms are spacious, tidy and very clean. There’s a supermarket and laundry shop close to the hotel. They have complimentary Arabic coffee and dates in the lobby for everyone around the clock.
