1. The location of the hotel is very good and convenient. 2. The cleanliness of the hotel was also good, and have no big complaints apart from that that cleaning ladies ignore the “do not disturb” door sign and enter no matter what. (See video) 3. The food in the restaurant was good with plenty of options. However, the pack lunches were very poor and didn’t cater for everyone’s needs. 4. The staff in the restaurant were not that interactive with the guests than expected. English is also lacking in the whole of the hotel. 5. Considering the reception staff are the face of the hotel, they were not that friendly, welcoming or professional. One young dark haired woman in particular. 6. The service/staff in the sky rose bar require more training. The wait time from entering the bar to being waited on was really long. Ones glass would be empty too long before one had to go to the bar and request service. All in all, the hotel is nice with great views if you receive a room with a Balaton lake view (see pics).
Many many bad experience I had during my business trip. 1, Any hotel I have been,they are never ever think about the human health or protection. Please always check the electric air cleaner in the bathroom. Danger of fire and seriously dangerous to breath as the dust collected. Why do you not check or clean regularly? We are still sneezing of the dust. Who knows what can be collected there??? Same mistake in the elevator..... 2, Please also change regularly the cover on the table. I have been made a photo. I sat fownthe same table. They have used the same dirty material for 2 days. Cross contamination??? 3, Coffee machine not cleaned regularly. I have made a line in the dust to recognise the problem. 4, Bugs need to clean regularly after the customer. Not been cleaned. Very bad. 5, The window has marks from the chemical used before. 6, Before you making events, give information to the customer. Very loud music ,we could not sleep. 7, Always provide car park for the customer. We had to park on the street 8, The staff, reception in my experience says very root, attitude and kindness should be change. 9, Bathroom wasn't cleaned before we arrived. Somebodies warmit was stuck on the wall in the cabin. Discounting. 10, Elevator very slow, and small, waiting time too much. 11, Data Protection, please do not put the name list on the trolley,unattended people cansee it. Please provide knowledge of data protection to the stuff. 12, Where the food served,should very be cleaned daily, the dust fall into the food. Should very be covered service. Food goes cold very quickly. 13, Broken window not sealed. Many more mistake found. Do not post it. Have a look at the picture.
Very disappointing experience — not suitable for international guests I spent almost an hour explaining in advance what kind of massage I wanted. When I arrived, it turned out the massage therapist was absolutely unprofessional. No one from the staff spoke English or German — only Hungarian — which made communication nearly impossible. Despite my polite attempts to explain that I don’t speak Hungarian, the therapist continued speaking to me in Hungarian and, when I asked for a manager, she started yelling at me. This behavior was extremely unprofessional and upsetting. It’s clear that this hotel is not prepared to accommodate international guests or offer a proper wellness experience. I do not recommend it if you expect professionalism, basic communication, or respectful treatment.
