Our first time in this hotel was a very pleasant surprise. Super clean and comfortable place with a genuinely friendly staff. Great variety at the breakfast and dinner buffet. The hot spring indoor pool is excellent. Very happy to see such well managed places, thanks for this unforgettable experience!

Mediocre is all I can really say. Average rooms but with unusually small beds and rooms. The food is varied, but all range from pretty meh to kinda bad. The spa/wellness is here as a bad excuse for the 4* rating with only a single indoor pool (bubble bath but kinda cold) apart from the thermal one.

We arrived at the hotel to check in around 2:30 PM, but the staff did not attend to us in the order of the queue. Despite there being two receptionists and the hotel not being busy, we were the last to be served. We did not receive our passports back until after 6:00 PM. Our group consisted of eight people across four rooms. We requested that an extra single bed be removed from one of the rooms because the space was too small to accommodate even a suitcase (see attached photo). Unfortunately, we never received a response, so we had to stand the bed on its side to make room. When we checked out the next day, the hotel attempted to charge us for the extra single bed in addition to the price of the four rooms. After an hour and 50 minutes of complaints, they finally agreed to waive the charge. No additional fees were paid. During check-out, we also experienced unequal treatment. Although we were first in line, they skipped over us, and we ended up being served last. The nearly two-hour delay not only disrupted our itinerary but also spoiled the mood of our vacation.
