Super experience! We stayed here only for a day, but it was fantastic! All the pools, the saunas, the personnel...super! We will come again, and take the kids also. Be aware, kids under 14 cannot enjoy the full experience because it is forbidden by law to enter the therapeutic waters.

Tried the spa facilities with a daily ticket, we often visit when in the area. We love bathing here but were quite disappointed to see that things aren't being maintained properly. The mosaic is peeling from the basins here and there, the pools look a bit tired and in need of a little upgrade. Some greenery could be added inside to make the space more inviting. We were sad to see the state of the white rocky hill nearby, clearly they tried to modify the original, natural structure of it which was dome shaped, resulting in uneven waterflow, browning stones and a half dead looking spring. Right next to this is a large patch of blackened soil, some sort of experiment to extend the springs. It has been like that for years and is not exactly good to look at. I wish they left it alone as it originally was, it was so beautiful. The water feels very healing and a great temperature. The fact that you can bathe outside even in winter is a great experience.

HERE THEY CHARGE YOU FOR THE PARKING 10 EUROS PER NIGHT, THEY CHARGE YOU ALSO FOR SAUNAS 10 EUROS PER DAY, AND THEY CHARGE YOU ALSO FOR SAUNA TOWELS AND SERVICE FEES DURING DINNER WHERE THEY DON'T EVEN GET A GLASS OF TAP WATER FOR FREE. MANY THINGS FROM DINNER RESURFACED AT BREAKFAST AND THERE WERE BARELY ANY VEGETARIAN OPTIONS. THE BATH AND ROOMS HAD PAINT COMING OF AND SOME FEATURES IN THE SPA WERE NOT WORKING. THE ROOM HAD A THICK LAYER OF DUST ON THE FURNITURES. WITH THE EXTRA CHARGES YOU CAN BOOK A 5 STAR HOTEL SOMEWHERE ELSE AND MAYBE HAVE A GOOD TIME. I WAS NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL...
