We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth, spotless, and welcoming. The rooms were exceptionally clean and well-maintained — you could literally feel the freshness in the air! The food? Simply amazing! Delicious, filling, and surprisingly healthy. It’s rare to find such a perfect combination, but they’ve truly nailed it here. Every meal felt like it was prepared with care. The hotel staff deserve a special mention — warm, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. Their attention to detail made us feel valued and completely at home. Location-wise, the hotel is ideally situated next to a magnificent city park filled with massive, majestic trees. Getting here was easy, and breathing in the fresh, clean air every day was a gift in itself. The Aquapark is in a separate complex that partners with the hotel. While we had a few issues with the Aquapark staff, it wouldn’t be fair to let that affect the hotel’s rating — because the hotel itself was flawless. Highly recommend for families, couples, or anyone looking for a peaceful and refreshing getaway. We will definitely be coming back!

First time was great. Even recommended to friends that came here. 3 years later and will not recommend this place any more. Fir breakfest and dinner we had to walk outside the hotel facility, in other side of the water park, to the water park resturant. The lobby bar, which suppose to be opend from 8 a.m. is closed and opens at 5 p.m.... cause of "technical issues". For some reason they end at 5 p.m. each day.... hmmmm... i guess its all because its off season but they charge the same price as always... our room had ants and the a.c. stopped working but they did change our room. Payed 100% recieved maybe 80%. Its our last time here.

You wont find this information anywhere online but at Forras spa they allow nudity in shared saunas. I didn’t like that but I was like Ok it is what it is now. But what happened is that a guy that was in sauna with me and my elderly mother started masturbating after a while, while we were all in the sauna, few feet from me. I couldn’t believe what was happening! I reported it immediately to a front desk receptionist, asked to speak to a manager, explained everything, he acted shocked and asked me to write an email, I wrote an email but I haven’t got any response from them since, nothing! The incident happened on my first night so I felt unsafe for the rest of my stay at a hotel, that was supposed to be a relaxing time with my mother. I was so mad that the management couldn’t care less about what happened, I just couldn’t wait to leave. So I’m writing this review so everyone knows what is a possible there and how they resolve it. They don’t. The spa is allowed to anyone above 16 years old, so imagine something like this happens to a 16 year old girl…
