Hunters Quay Hotel

Absolutely amazing owner and his son is a great guy also, both very very helpful, happy, cheerful and charismatic. Pub was closed when we came in late and the boss man didn’t hesitate to open it up and give us a few freebies top man. Had a very nice chat with him. Rooms are comfortable, spacious, tidy and smells clean n fresh, outside needs a little makeup but what place doesn’t need a little when it’s so close to the ocean front. I highly recommend anyone looking to stay here in dunoon to pop in and stay Everytime im working up here I’ll definitely be asking to be booked into the Royal Marine hotel awesome place awesome rooms and awesome people and support can’t ask for anything any better.

Stayed for 2 nights with our dog and had a lovely break , owner and staff were so friendly and helpful , room was big spacious and clean, it’s very central, breakfast was lovely and our doggie was happy with his sausages every morning, it’s not ur up to date modern hotel but the old rustic vibes and history make it a lovely place to stay and the staff /owner were really up there with customer service , nothing was too much - it right on the water . And across from the car ferry, Great location

Loved the rooms , large , spacious and comfortable. Unfortunately no chef on for dinners but they did allow us to bring in a " carry out" and eat it , so no complaints. Dylan couldn't have been more helpful. Yes the place needs some TLC ( which place doesnt ? ) but the comfort of the rooms more than make up for this. Would definitely go back and plan to do so.
