Staff were lovely and approachable. Location is fantastic, right next to the main city centre of Queenstown. Parking is convenient. A few things to note, however: - Noise from the road below and other rooms can get loud particularly in peak traffic hours. - There are no lifts so we had to carry our heavy luggage on the stairs. - We got a two bedroom apartment expecting to have views from both rooms. While one bedroom had a beautiful view of the lake and mountain, the other bedroom’s window faced a wall. It was also all single beds. - Laundry and dryer machine is available but it needs coins to activate and you’ll have to source your own laundry powder. Found this inconvenient as we had to hunt down some cash and ended up having to buy a huge tub of laundry powder for just one use and leaving the rest for others to use. - In general, the place needed a refresh as it was obviously built a long time ago. Overall, we found the stay was still good for a motel and good for us as we were out most of the day anyway.

Go anywhere else!!!! This is by far the worst place I have stayed. The room was dirty and there was water damage/rot around the door to the bathroom. Bathroom also had a horrible smell to it. The noise in this place is ridiculous. Even someone walking around seems to be enough to shake the place, between that, doors slamming and constant traffic noise, my partner and I were not able to get more than a couple hours of broken sleep. The parking was very tight and right on the corner of a couple of busy roads. We had booked 8 nights at Hurley's and left after night 3. Absolute waste of money.

Absolutely disgusted with our stay. The place was dirty. Blood stains on the matress protector and loads of black marks on the sheets. Manager said when I pointed out black marks on side of matress protector...."that ok you dont sleep on that part" I agreed to let them fix until he told me I was lying about the state of the place even though he saw it with his own eyes. My daughter and i didn't sleep in the bed because the bedding was so dirty, we went to bed at 11pm and found this , I then called the help number for spare bedding to which he refused. I finally convinced him and got one blanket, I gave to my daughter and I slept on the couch under my dressing gown. $1000 we paid to stay at this place. We left early because we were made to feel so uncomfortable. Asked for refund and denied. Avoid this place at all costs
