Hurricane Jeri

Amazing stay, highlight of our trip! Everything was perfect, rooms very spacious and hammock and hot tub were great additions, breakfast was delicious and staff were so friendly! Couldn’t recommend enough

Everything about this hotel was amazing. My fiancée and I fell in love with Hurricane Jeri so much that we decided to stay for an extra two nights in Jeri and continue our stay at the hotel, as we had previously been staying at Café Jeri. This hotel was fantastic; the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Hurricane will always have a special place in our hearts. ❤️

Our stay at Hotel Hurricane Jeri unfortunately wasn’t as expected. There were several instances of a lack of empathy towards us, which was quite disappointing. On the last day, my boyfriend hurt his ankle and was limping. The night before, we had asked for a late checkout and were told to check back in the morning. When we inquired again, we were informed that it wouldn’t be possible. This was particularly frustrating as we needed to go to the hospital for an X-ray, and we had to rush out of our room because they couldn’t accommodate our request. Additionally, we had requested sunbeds for our balcony on the first night, but it took two days for them to arrive. The room itself had an awful smell that wasn’t addressed during our stay, and the jacuzzi didn’t work for the initial days. When it finally did, the water pressure was extremely weak. *To add to our troubles, the stairs leading up to our room broke, which made it even more challenging. They later fixed it but we could’ve hurt ourselves.* On a positive note, I do want to highlight that the staff at the pool, bar, and during breakfast were super kind and always ready to help, which made a difference in our experience. Overall, I hope the management takes our feedback into consideration to improve their service in the future.
