Hux Hotel

Outstanding Stay at Kingston Hotel! My experience at Kingston Hotel was nothing short of amazing. The staff were warm and attentive, the room was spotless and comfortable, and every detail showed care and professionalism. A perfect balance of comfort and value — I highly recommend it!

This is a lovely boutique hotel, very well located opposite Kensington Gardens. Not your typical decor (think colorful jungle theme) but the hotel has a nice bar with live music in the evenings. The rooms are small, bathroom even smaller, but they are comfortable, well maintained, clean and quiet (my room was facing Kensington High Street, couldn’t hear a thing thanks to triple glazed windows). Toiletries provided are also very nice. Finally, the staff are just incredibly welcoming.

The style and interior of the hotel is really cool. The rooms are painted in different colors so you can find a room with your favorite color. It is really close to public transportation and Kensington park. The only problem is that the doors a pretty thin so you can hear everything what’s going on outside your room. If you are on the first floor you can hear the music from the bar. The bar is great but it is way too loud. I had a drink at the bar which was for free (a complimentary drink from the hotel) and it was hard for me to feel comfortable because of the loud music. After going upstairs I was still able to understand every single word from the live music down stairs. The house is about 200years old, so are the walls. The music should be a little bit more quieter. We had a room on the 4th floor first which was better regarding the noise level but we had to change the room because of the leaking ceiling (strong rain and an old building). The service was great, we got an upgrade to a bigger room but it wasn’t an upgrade because of the noise from the bar
