Great place to relax for both adults and kids. There are multiple swimming pools and the beach is right next to the hotel. The food is great and the entertainment team is always ready for a good time, with a lot of activities. I also enjoyed the music band that played each evening by the pool.
We are just leaving the hotel after great 10 days here! Location is great, food even better! But my favourite thing is the bar staff - big thank you to Ivan and Kris for the amazing drinks and the lovely attitude! Will be back next year for the Aviator cocktail 🤪, great coffee, fine wine and the amazing atmosphere! Thank you so much, Ivan and Kris! See you next year! 🌊🥂❤️
The hotel still has a way to go before earning four stars. Management and reception services leave something to be desired: too much waiting time, communication skills, etc.....at the end, the room was not ready and we had to wait! Twice, the reception tried to charge me extra. The rooms are equipped with outdated furniture. Though generally clean, they often exhibit stains in many places and objects, and a noticeable musty smell and humidity, especially on the first floor. Not enough CCTV. The couch is uncomfortable for sleeping. Some issuses with the broken shower were sorted out relativelly fast. One bottle of water per three people is clearly insufficient—and on some days, they don't even bother to replace it if they see it's still half-full. The restaurant service and food were satisfactory. Less chances of getting in the restaurants (The Blue and the Ship) if you don't booked at least several days in advance. The beach, however, has a litter problem—mainly broken glass and plastic in the sand, posing a serious risk of injury if you're not careful where you step. During strong winds, there’s a high chance of rip currents, and the seabed has unexpectedly deep holes just 1–2 meters from shore, making it unsafe for children. Btw, forgotten item in the room was not recovered after several attempts to get in contact with the reception and asked them for help. On a positive note, the hotel is bird‑friendly: it preserved House Martins’ nests and even installed droppings protective plates beneath them. Well done!
