We were here for 5 nights and we had a wonderful experience. The food was very good and you have a lot to choose from. The rooms were clean and the cleaning ladies were cleaning the room every day , changing the towels and making the room like it looked in the first day. The beach was great along with the beach pool .Last but not least the service was extraordinary, helping us with everything we needed and they were doing everything with a smile on their faces. They even let us stay more hours after we checked out because we had the bus later. Thank you for an amazing experience. For sure we will come back next year.
It was very nice, the service was done properly, lots of good drinks, as much food as you want, clean rooms, it's not as far from the beach as it seems, in 3 minutes you reach the beach (800m) but there is also a hotel bus that takes you there. The staff was very kind, the shows impressed me. Thank you for everything!
The hotel was flawless, except for three minor issues during our 8-day stay. The security guard (the bigger and bald one with sunglasses) at the parking lot was rude, and the waitress at dinner didn’t notice I had a full glass and plate, almost taking them. They should be more patient. While I left my water bottle empty in my room, others had theirs changed or refilled and in our room they didn't. Anyway, I recommend this hotel, we'll surely come back.
