Staying at this Hyatt was an absolute dream. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel like royalty—friendly, professional, and incredibly attentive without being intrusive. The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and stocked with every comfort you could want. The amenities—spa, pool, dining—are all top-tier, and the attention to detail throughout the hotel really sets it apart. Whether for business or leisure, this is the kind of place where every stay feels special. I can’t wait to come back.

This hotel is a cute property in Buckhead steps away from the Lenox mall, tons of restaurants and easy access to the Marta. Rooms are clean fresh and breakfast in the restaurant is excellent. Service was top notch and we had no compliants. The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle, pool and rooftop entertainment. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

I stayed here for a book festival and while the check in was easy, the front desk person checked me in under a different reservation (same last name, very different first name). The mix up wouldn’t have been the problem if they didn’t try to charge my card 2 more times to account for the difference and luckily my bank stopped the 3rd run. The hotel itself is nice and has a wonderful rooftop hotel but ensure the front desk person reads your drivers license back to you to confirm your name (this shouldn’t be on you as the guest given you have to provide i.d. But here i am 3 charges later). The hotel sent me an email to say they’ll ensure it doesn’t happen again. I don’t think that was enough given they ran an unauthorized charge, but sure … an email suffices.
