Lovely hotel - new and recently built! Convenient busses to get into town. Parking was slightly expensive but safe. Rooms were cosy and comfortable, the shower doors were a bit leaky as they didn't fit properly but overall cant complain. Sharp design and included breakfast a plus.

The room was dated and in need of refurbishment. The bathroom was particularly disappointing, with a smell coming from the shower drain, cracked and damaged tiles throughout, and a visibly deteriorating ceiling. Although we raised these concerns with the staff, their response was dismissive and unhelpful. While I understand that room changes aren’t always possible, no alternatives were offered, and they even refused to refund one day of parking (£20) out of the two we had paid for. Overall, a very disappointing experience, especially for what was meant to be an enjoyable visit to Cambridge.

Dreadful experience! There was a mistake with our booking and two rooms had been booked rather than the one we required. Not only were the staff unhelpful, they were rude too! We were passed from telephone to reception staff - none of whom helped at all. I even tried reaching out to the social media team for assistance. In the end we were charged for an extra room we didn't want and didn't use because of a technical error - it was daylight robbery. I will never stay at a Hyatt again after this dreadful experience and complete lack of customer service.
