Hyatt Centric Chicago Magnificent Mile

I came here for a work conference and I was very impressed with every aspect of this establishment. The hotel rooms and meeting rooms were very nice. Both felt properly comfortable without being over indulgent. All necessary amenities provided with class. Staff was excellent. Very friendly with high quality service. Great location in downtown Chicago. If I was ever staying in Chicago again I would definitely enjoy staying here.

When we first got here we had some issues but then Celine made up for everything. Celine thank you so much for making our stay perfect. We stayed in room 1531 and enjoyed every minute of it. The breakfast with the omeletts and bakery station always clean. The staff at the breakfast area greeted us every morning and I am going to miss them. A big thank you to Brenda, Karina, Kenya, Chef Luis, Andrea and last but certainly not the least Joel. Joel you work so hard and always jovial and pleasant to talk to. You all are an amazing crew and I hope to see you next year when I come back.

Truly loved my stay here! I’m Hyatt Globalist and Marriott Lifetime Platinum so hotels are me second home. The room was incredibly decorated and the bed was so comfortable! Stephen at check in was so thorough and friendly - I feel like that’s so rare these days. Brenda was an absolute gem during breakfast both days I was there - she even remembered me the second time! Each person I encountered was so kind (also the breakfast buffet was actually quite impressive) I will be back Thank you!!!
