Hyatt Centric City Centre Kuala Lumpur

The rooms were amazing, modern and very cozy. The corridor was also very nice, clean and serene. The staffs were super friendly. However the service relied too much on technology but they were not alert enough to observe the breakdown in technology. The phone was not working and the online service request was not attended and not replied. Calling a bell boy could only be accomplished when we asked the staff to help call the front desk. The main road in front of the hotel is a nightmare of jam-packed vehicles almost the whole day except for the very early morning. If you rely on public transport, you need to cater at least 30 minutes just to be in the safe side.

Had an amazing stay at Hyatt Centric City Centre Kuala Lumpur, thanks to Brian Ho at the front office. He greeted me warmly, patiently explained everything, and made excellent arrangements for my stay. What truly impressed me was how he always recognized me and addressed me by my last name—such a rare level of professionalism and attention to detail. After staying at over 400 hotels across Hyatt, Marriott, Hilton, and IHG, I can honestly say Brian is the best front office manager I’ve ever met. A true gem in hospitality! The hotel is brand new and has a great location. The rooms and facilities in the hotel are fantastic! Amazing!

Everything about this hotel was truly amazing. The staff made my stay incredibly welcoming and enjoyable. They even left a personalized welcome card on my desk, along with a selection of local snacks, which was a lovely touch. I was upgraded to a stunning premium room with a balcony that offered a nice city view, from which you can see the top of the Twin Towers. Almost everyone I met was kind and warm, and they left me with such a positive impression of Malaysia on my very first visit. The hotel itself is brand new and exceptionally stylish, with thoughtful design elements that all come together beautifully. The location is also impeccable. There are many great food options to explore around and it is close to many major tourist attractions. The breakfast buffet could use a bit more variety, but the quality of the food was solid. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. I will definitely be coming back.
