Hyatt Centric Downtown Nashville

We had the best stay! We were in town for a wedding and the location was perfect. We were able to walk to everything, the rooms were spacious and clean, and the customer service was impeccable. It happened to be my husbands birthday the day we got there and my MIL was able to call ahead and order a bottle of wine to be waiting for us when we arrived. They far exceeded expectations and set up balloons and a card with it! We also utilized the valet service and highly recommend. Allenecia helped us out at the valet when we got there and when we checked out. She was so friendly and super helpful making sure we knew how to request our car if needed, etc. If we’re ever back in Nashville I would definitely stay here again!

I had a great time at hotel. The first night was a challenge because of the all night activity next door. Management was very responsive and receptive to our concerns and made adjustments for our inconvenience. The staff is great and Rodrigo could give lessons in excellence in attention to detail! The rooms were good and the fragrance throughout hotel was pleasant and soothing. Located close to everything!! Cody the valet was awesome! He was attentive and ready to assist with enthusiasm. This is a place that anyone would enjoy!!

Love the location, their pool, and all of the complimentary items such as cookies and juice! Cody was super nice and a huge help with loading and unloading our bags to/from the car. He made it an easy transition for my friends and I arriving and departing. Fun events and goodies for the 4th of July added to the fun of the weekend. Would definitely stay again. Love the colorful decor!
