This hotel still treats Globalists like Globalists, if you know what I mean. The entire staff is cheerful and helpful. The food is great, with an excellent breakfast. Right next to Golden 1, very walkable to K Street, the old waterfront, and all the museums. I really appreciated the upgrade to a suite with a record player and vintage vinyl!
We stayed at the Hyatt Centric this past weekend for a concert at the Golden 1 Center. Bri at the front desk immediately greeted and assisted us. She had such a bright and welcoming personality and was very knowledgeable about the hotel, even sharing some cool history with us! She just made check in great! The hotel itself is super cute. I found our room to be clean and the perfect size for my husband and I. We were able to enjoy the rooftop bar before the concert which was nice! We unfortunately didn’t eat at the hotel but any food we saw looked great. The hotel is walking distance to a lot of things which is a huge plus! I don’t want to forget the valet staff either, they were great too!
Rooms were clean and nice. we had 3 rooms. one was a corner room and loved the windows all around with ledges to sit on and look. No pool, but that was fine for this trip.
