Hyatt Centric Faneuil Hall Boston

Excellent experience at this Hyatt property! The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were able to check in early and check out late & that was incredibly helpful!! The rooms were extremely clean. No fault of the hotel staff; this is more of a comment for the Hyatt design folks but the shower was very small. I know this is an urban hotel but could be a little better design on that. I’ve seen comments about the phones it was a leaning curve, you must press the talk button before you dial out (suggestion to put some instructions for this in the rooms). The location of this hotel is walkable to most things downtown and literally right across the street from a T station for the orange and blue lines. Super convenient if you are taking the T in from the airport! Staff were quick with requests even though the hotel was sold out some of the nights we were there. I really appreciated the free bottled water for guests as well! Excellent stay & would gladly stay again!

I was hesitant booking 2 rooms because of other reviews about the showers, however, I was pleasantly surprised how nice the hotel and our rooms are. Spacious corner room on the 11th floor with good size shower in both rooms. Comfortable bed, fluffy pillows and very clean with updated interiors. I have no regrets. Keith at the front desk gave us great recommendations on local places to eat and drink. He was right on with all suggestions. Awesome location - close to everything.

Loved staying here for a staycation. The room was solid and large with a decent sized bathroom. Our view was an alley but everything else was nice. Good breakfast for globalists in the restaurant. The location is awesome with so much stuff within walking distance. Will definitely be back!
