We had a fantastic stay at the Hyatt Centric in Ginza Tokyo. The service was truly exceptional—every staff interaction was warm and helpful. The location is unbeatable for shopping and just steps away from the metro, making it super convenient to explore the city. We also loved the thoughtful touches like complimentary snacks and drinks. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep after busy days. Highly recommend!
I stayed at Hyatt Centric Tokyo Ginza during the Tokyo Marathon this year — it took me a while to write this review, but the experience was truly memorable! The location is fantastic — right in the heart of a vibrant neighborhood, close to the Imperial Palace, great shopping, and extremely well connected to the rest of the city. The staff were exceptional and made me feel right at home from day one. The rooms are surprisingly spacious, especially by Tokyo standards, and very comfortable. Breakfast was a highlight — a wonderful blend of Western and Japanese options. The omelettes are a must-try! Another great touch: complimentary snacks and water available throughout the day, which was perfect for marathon recovery and sightseeing. In short: 5 stars. A great hotel in a perfect spot to explore one of the best cities in the world.
Our stay at the Hyatt centric was absolutely lovely. We got to experience the twin room and twin deluxe. With the twin deluxe, you definitely can have a shorter person sleeping in the daybed and plenty of room for multiple suitcases with a large foyer area. The service was incredible. They offered a lot of amenities that you can order through the app. There's free beer, drinks and snacks in the lobby area and the gym was also big enough that you could have 3 to 5 ppl working out at once. (With 5, you start to feel cramped). Appreciated the little touches: milk protein drinks after you work out, the concierge mailing out my postcards for me (at least 100 yen, which is cheap!!). The Western buffet was also incredible! In addition to fresh poke/ikura, they had fresh omelette station, grilled on the spot salmon, rotating regional noodle soups, fresh lychee/smoothies, plenty of extensive options. Overall, ginza location was great once you realized where the down to earth areas are and the subway locations.
