I booked this because of the reviews, and they were all correct. It’s a beautifully designed hotel right outside Kanazawa Station. The attention to details in the rooms are really remarkable. The blackout shades are the best I’ve ever experienced in a room. The lighting, the amenities, the toiletries, the shower—all excellent. The fitness center is also very nice; albeit, small, it is a nice one for a hotel. The artwork, the rugs/carpet, the walls throughout the hotel—beautiful. Impressive drinks on the rooftop bar ($17 ish per cocktail + 15% service charge). The service and house keeping was top-notch. Loved the big TV and the soundproof walls. I didn’t hear a thing and that’s huge. I’ll rate a hotel poorly if the walls are thin. Highly recommend the Hyatt Centric

Stayed here in June 2024 and was genuinely impressed. It felt much more luxurious than a typical Hyatt in the U.S. The staff were kind and attentive, and the location is incredibly convenient — just a 3-minute walk from Kanazawa Station. Overall, a fantastic stay. I’d gladly return.

Loved this hotel!! Beautiful, comfortable room. I loved the wet room that included an oversized shower & large bath tub. Great for relaxing after a long day of walking. It was very easy to get to/from when traveling elsewhere since the train station is next door, but isn’t in the center of attractions in Kanazawa. There are restaurants, shopping, convenience stores and coffee shops all very close by due to the train station being right there. One downside of this hotel is that you enter and take an elevator to the lobby, then have to walk through the lobby to another set of elevators to get to your room.
