Beautiful Stay with One Important Safety Concern This hotel was absolutely amazing the views were breathtaking, the food was great, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The only issue I had was the pool deck area. The surface around the pool gets extremely hot during the day like, third-degree-burn level hot. It’s also very slippery when wet. I saw a woman nearly fall, and thankfully she caught herself. No one could walk barefoot without discomfort or risk. For a resort of this level, I expected better materials or at least safety precautions in that area. Other than that, it was a wonderful stay.

Well, they did it again...that is, they exceeded my expectations! What a wonderful hotel experience. We felt they were trying to please us in every possible way for the entire stay. Three-night reservation was on points where I expected a 'city view' but they gave us an upgrade to a beautiful view of the water. Room service was fast and food was great. Beautifully manicured property with so many unique plants/trees. Easy self-parking options (not cheap, but that's the way of the world now). Perfect location for easy walking to many of the famed places. Can't recommend highly enough!!!

Would not recommend. Price online is lower. When I mentioned that she upgraded me to a partial waterfront room. Looks to me like the majority are waterfront. Then they add all kinds of fees. After all the fees price is back to where you started. Ridiculous! The AC doesn't work. Says the room is 68. I lowered it to 65 because I wanted it cooler. Room temp doesn't change. Its at least 76 in this room. There is a 40.00 pkg fee to park on their lot while staying in their overpriced rooms. The shower glass is filthy. We were just too tired to keep looking. Too many hotels in the area. Stay somewhere else. Ps. A bag of chips in the lobby is $9.00!!!! No continental breakfast and the prices in the restaurant are completely insane!
