Amazing location, great hotel for great price. Seems like the staff was all new or training which made some simple tasks longer but we all have to start somewhere so not end of the world. Housekeeping was great, breakfast buffet is a star and the lobby bar is fun! Can’t wait to return
I was very happy with my stay at the Hyatt Centric in Santiago. The room, service, and breakfast were all top-notch. The staff were especially friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!
Excellent service. Staff was very helpful and kind. The manager even came by to wish my father a Happy Birthday and at breakfast the staff brought him a beautiful cake and sang to him. This was a surprise as we did not request it. Breakfast was excellent. Rooms were clean. This hotel is next door to the Ritz Carlton so it’s in a very nice location and about 2 min away driving to Parque Aruco Mall and 8 min away from the Crisobal.
