I had a wonderful stay. The team was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always happy to help. The food was fresh and delicious, especially the breakfast. My room was spotless, spacious, and super comfortable. The whole place felt very safe and well looked after. Can’t wait to come back!
I had the most wonderful experience at this hotel during my birthday trip to Istanbul. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with warmth, care, and attention. Every member of the staff was exceptional, but I especially want to highlight Fahryie, whose kindness and genuine interest in making sure we had a great stay made all the difference. It’s not just the professionalism of the team that stands out – it’s their humanity, their warmth, and the way they truly care about their guests. Fahryie made us feel welcome, safe, and celebrated, and thanks to her, this became one of the most memorable hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I wholeheartedly recommend this place – not just for the comfort and quality, but for the people who make it truly special.
To be honest, I was impressed by the room I stayed in. I believe I was upgraded to a higher room category due to my loyalty to this hotel chain. And they surprised me with a well chilled bottle of wine and some fruits upon arrival. The modern room was really spacious and, among other things, featured a huge couch. The bed was comfortable enough to get a good rest during the night. And even more important, the room was soundproof! I really enjoyed me short stay in this room. There was also a spa with pools, a sauna, and a steam room. I found that you could really work up a sweat in the sauna, unlike in many other hotels where the temperatures aren't as well-regulated. Then, of course, there was a pool for swimming and a smaller pool with jets that gave you a very pleasant massage for your back. I didn’t try the breakfast as I was not hungry at all in the morning. Restaurants and a mall are located within walking distance. The hotel itself isn't located in downtown Istanbul, but I chose that intentionally. If you want to get to and from the airport by public transport, the metro stations aren't too far away. These are best reached by Uber.
