Hyatt Centric Park City

Five star experience! I'd say the best part was the rooms - they were beautiful, spacious, and well appointed which managed to exceed my expectations even for a property like this. But the service, location, and amenities definitely don't disappoint either. Highly recommend this hotel for a ski vacation in Park City.

Unfortunately our shower temperature fluctuates drastically giving us warm water and then scalding hot water. I would be concerned if a child used the shower. I have asked for help at the front desk as well as reaching out by email to managers but have had no luck. Staff tries hard, it had been frustrating asking for replacements in the room daily, such as soaps, coffee pods, blankets (no blankets on beds?) Otherwise we are happy with our stay. Great location. UPDATE to this review. Maintenance worked tirelessly to fix plumbing with success. Management needs to figure out better communication with guests. English language is a barrier for most of the staff.

Horible stay! There is construction all over the area. It’s loud and annoying! There is no peace on the property. I had a do not disturb sign on my door yet the hotel feels its staff can just come in without knocking. I have never been so annoyed by nonsense and noise on a property.
