Hyatt Centric Dehradun is a true culinary and aesthetic delight! The restaurant ambience is stunning—modern yet warm, with lovely views and thoughtfully curated interiors that make every visit feel special. The food was exceptional—flavourful, fresh, and beautifully presented. Whether it was the local specialties or classic dishes, everything was prepared with care and finesse. A special note of appreciation for the General Manager, whose presence and approachability add a distinct personal touch to the entire experience. You can feel that the team is motivated and well-led. Highly recommended for anyone who enjoys great food in a beautiful, well-managed setting. A gem in Dehradun!

Stayed here with my family (kids ages 4 and 6). It was excellent. There’s lots of fun for kids (pool, table tennis, games in the restaurant, singer on Saturday night). Food was excellent, they changed the menu to suit the kids as needed. Staff were very fun and kind. The kids were entertained by the staff - kitchen tour, special pancakes, cakes, shakes etc.

From the moment we arrived, everything about the dining experience was flawless. The food was bursting with flavor and clearly made with care—each dish was satisfying and beautifully presented. Ankit’s service truly stood out. He was courteous, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcomed. His thoughtful approach and professionalism added so much value to our time there. It’s rare to find a place where both the cuisine and the service exceed expectations. We’ll definitely be back!
