Hyatt Centric San José Escazú

I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for a wonderful stay. The staff was warm, the room was clean and comfortable, and we really appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the property. Carlos took excellent care of us—honestly, some of the best service I’ve ever experienced at any hotel. He went above and beyond and really made us feel welcomed. The breakfast was really great some of the best food I’ve ever had at a hotel. Thanks again for a memorable stay. We’d absolutely come back!

First time staying here at the Hyatt for work, love the location. Close to malls, restaurants and relatively close to downtown. The rooms are new, decor is tasteful and functional. The most important part to me here was service. From the smooth check in/out. Breakfast was particularly good. I was blessed to be attended by Carlos who was outstanding, so friendly. Keep up the good work. I will make sure the team books future business trips back here each time.

One of the most exceptional hotel experiences I’ve had in San José. From the moment I arrived, everything was impeccable — the reception, the rooms, the housekeeping team, the restaurant, the menu, and especially the breakfast. This hotel truly meets high international standards. The entire team is attentive, caring, and genuinely committed to creating the best guest experience. Yahel at reception was incredibly welcoming. Breakfast with Carlos was a treat — he offers top-level service with a personal touch. Kevin, the bartender, is always smiling and ready to help. And Chef Kevin runs the kitchen with passion and precision, delivering delicious food and a well-curated menu. The bread and breakfast selections are fantastic. I could say so much more, as this experience genuinely transformed my stay in San José. Highly recommended.
