Had a great one night stay here. The staff was very attentive and kind. The coffee machine is cool. I was just so happy to stay in a super clean room that was not noisy at all. Tipping housekeeping isn't a big thing for me...I might leave a few bucks. But I left $20 this time because of the excellent condition of the room. I parked at the Poetry Garage for like $65 for 24 hours. It was a quick 5 minute walk. No problems.

Great experience stay here for work but leaving this review for the exceptional front desk staff. When I arrived I mentioned I had to take the stairs because elevators make me sick. The lady at the front took the time to step away and show me where both sets of stairs I needed to take were. Small gesture that was much appreciated. The front desk also offered snacks to all my kids when they came to see me.

I am rating them a 1-star based on an experience with my car being broken into while in the care of their valet service. I stayed late July of 2024. While I found the room to be nice, when my car was returned from their valet service the following morning, it had clearly been broken into. Items were tossed all over, and I was missing a number of personal belongings. There was no damage to the exterior of the car, which made me wonder if the key I had left them was used by an employee or someone who knew an employee. The valet manager was understanding while I was there, but kind of gave a shrug and dropped a line about how crime happens in big cities. He then gave me a paper copy of the incident report, but also said I'd be receiving a follow-up email within 4-5 days letting me know what came from their investigation. I never received that email. After waiting more than the allotted time quoted, I reached out to him. No response. I reached out again about a week later, and he gave me a short answer that he'd check with the claims department and get back with me. Over a year later, I am still waiting for him to get back to me. I did find their front office manager somewhat helpful in securing my refund. I booked the room through Expedia, and she at least got the process underway and directed me where to go make sure I got my money back. The whole process left quite a sour taste in my mouth. While the room was nice and it was fun to be downtown, I would say to any who are staying there, be wary of the valet service.
