Hyatt Centric Times Square New York

We stayed for 5 nights. Our room was spacious, modern and clean. There is a gentleman at the front desk who is amazing and defines hospitality. The house keeping staff is cheerful and friendly. I highly recommend this property, especially if you are planning to see Broadway shows at night. It's so nice to walk back after the show instead of figuring out transportation.

I had read reviews about all the places in time square to stay at and I liked what people were saying about here. Location is literally in the middle of all the fun. Staff at the check in were nice, easy to valet and security right when you walk in at all times. We were on the 34th floor and had an exceptional view. Elevators were amazingly quick with hardly any waiting. Check in was quick, had 3 people working the front desk. Room was bigger than I expected for NY and was very clean and comfy. Only knock is the $40 fee per night, don’t really get much with it. I would highly recommend and I would go back next time I’m in NY

Amy is so incredibly sweet and attentive. This entire stay was amazing solely because of her. I had to write this review as I am on the way back on the subway because it needed to be known how incredible she is. Everything was so smooth and comfortable. She’s carrying this establishment on her back and she works way too hard. I really really hope the Hyatt is paying and treating her well ! I never had an experience so great because of a staff member. Otherwise, the hotel is located in the mecca of everything and is incredibly convenient for travel.
