Hyatt Centric Waikiki Beach

I had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt Centric, and it’s easy to see why this hotel is a great choice for beach lovers and those seeking a convenient, comfortable stay. The hotel is impeccably clean, which immediately set a positive tone for our visit. The amenities provided, particularly the chaise lounges and umbrellas for the beach, were a perfect match for us as we spent most of our days by the ocean. These thoughtful touches made our beach trips hassle-free and enjoyable. The gym and hot tub were standout features—both were fantastic and well-maintained, offering a great way to unwind or stay active. However, I was a bit disappointed that there wasn’t a swimming pool, which would have been a nice addition for those moments when we didn’t want to head to the beach. The service at Hyatt Centric was exceptional. The staff were kind, attentive, and genuinely made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The hotel also felt very safe, which was especially reassuring since we enjoyed walking around at night and returning late. Its location is a major plus—just a 5-7 minute walk to the beach and conveniently close to restaurants and shopping areas, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. Overall, the Hyatt Centric is a fantastic option for anyone looking for a clean, safe, and well-located hotel with great amenities for beachgoers. While a pool would have been nice, the excellent service and proximity to local attractions more than made up for it. I’d happily stay here again!

We were so glad we chose this hotel for our stay! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, one block from the canal, and close to great restaurants and shopping. The hotel provided chairs and towels which is convenient for the beach. We stayed in a deluxe room, which was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful. There's also a dining area with a microwave, and stations for water and ice. We’ll definitely stay here again next time we visit.

Had a quick overnight stay at the Hyatt Centric on the Penthouse floor. The hotel is in good shape, the location is absolutely fantastic. You are less than 5 minutes from the beach and tons of high-end shops and restaurants. If you're a Hyatt loyalist and not tied up about not having free breakfast or a standard hotel pool experience, then this is a fantastic place to stay. We would definitely return!
