Great city hotel next to Zhongshan park metro station that goes straight to Pudong Airport. We stayed at the Executive suite on the top floor which was massive. The staff is courteous and the breakfast was included in the rate.
The staff's kindness and dedication exceeded expectations. Despite only a one-night stay, their exceptional service made a lasting impression. The negative reviews here don't reflect my experience.
Don’t book this hotel for the outdoor pool! They’ll tell you it is open ‘seasonal’ but it was closed in the middle of the summer! And the staff keeps on saying they don’t know why it is closed. Very poor management. Having a pool feels like false advertising.
