Hyatt Grand Central New York

Stayed here summer of 2025 and loved it! Easy to access as it’s near many great shopping streets and attractions. Grand central station is on its doorstep - so easy access to subway for the whole city. We took a subway straight from JFK airport and it was super easy and cost effective. Staff were incredibly nice. Clean rooms, bed was clean and bathroom too. Fresh and clean towels every day too! Rooms were quiet and almost sound proof. Highly recommended!

My sister and I had an excellent stay at the Hyatt Grand Central. The location was perfect as we could access the trains right there to go anywhere in the city. We really enjoyed our stay! However, the best part was the service I received after I left. I mistakenly dropped my small purse sometime between leaving the hotel and the airport and didn't notice it missing until I returned home. David, the assistant director of operations found it for me at the hotel and made sure it was delivered to me the very next day. He went above and beyond to help me and I am grateful for his kind service.

Stayed here last week for a quick business trip and oh boy, the staff were incredibly sweet and attentive. My partner and I felt so well taken care of from the moment we walked in. On our second night, we came back late from a meeting and casually mentioned to the front desk that we were starving but too tired to go out. Within minutes, one of the staff members offered us a few local takeout menus, called in our order to make sure it’d be ready quickly, and even set us up with cutlery and drinks. A few minutes later, they followed up with a call to our room to check if everything was okay. It wasn’t just service, it felt like genuine care. The supervisor especially stood out, she truly made us feel like our comfort mattered. She wasn’t at all dismissive of guests’ needs, and you could tell she genuinely cared about making people feel welcome. That kind of leadership really shines through in the team. We’ll definitely be back
